Accenture is a global IT consulting and strategy company and it is where I currently work. I started at Accenture working under the DoD client to roadmap, develop, and launch a Machine Learning model into production after assessing their current infrastructure. At this project I conducted customer interviews pre-development to understand user needs to develop uses as well as monthly follow-ups on our product and how we could improve it. I collaborated with UI/UX designers, big data engineers, data scientists, security and compliance, product leads, and the key stakeholders. The project was awarded $93 million and our ML project was a key component of that award. Creating AI maturity assessments, roadmaps, documentation, product strategy, use cases, and UI/UX wireframes were my core responsibilities as well as coding occasionally when migrating to the cloud. I am currently taking on a project regarding social media content management at Census Bureau in the DMV.

Healthgrades is a health tech company that has developed a tool to locate the best healthcare providers for users and help healthcare providers connect to users who need medical care. I started working at Healthgrades in Denver as a Data Analyst to help improve data match rates for their new Enterprise Data Platform. Concurrently with my data analysis duties, my manager wanted me to take on more product owner/product manager roles regarding Data Quality in which I had monthly meetings with CTO and VPs of legal, marketing, engineering, and product to standardize our data on the new platform. Our match rates increased from ~40% to 63%.

Cognizant is a IT consulting company and my first job out of college in 2018. My client was Spectrum communications in Denver and we helped create a tool to expedite provisioning and testing set-top boxes (cable boxes). I developed our database in mySQL and ingested data using REST APIs and set up a more agile workflow for the project which created savings of over $250,000. Along with this tool I roadmapped a plan to conduct penetration testing on set-top boxes and developed visualizations using Splunk to track error and exception codes for the new hardware and firmware upgrades.

EatFirst is a London-based food delivery service for all over the United Kingdom. I interned at the company back in 2016 when it was a Series B Start-up. Wore many hats from increasing customer engagement, reducing late deliveries, and scaling the service to places outside of London like Manchester.

My father and uncle immigrated to the States in the 90s with Masters degrees in STEM but it was difficult to find jobs. They worked numerous odd jobs from pizza delivery during the day and working at a Chinese restaurant at night. Eventually they were employed at a small motel. Using their domain knowledge, they bought and ran their own small motel and later a second property and named the company after their kids. Growing up helping with the family business, I learned customer empathy and making sure our guests had everything they needed for their stay. Before I attended college I already had a strong base on small business operations and customer satisfaction. During the start of the COVID-19 pandemic I took some time off from my personal career and helped keep my families business afloat.
